- Estimated delivery time is usually 3-7 working days depending on your location.
- Shipping timelines may vary for remote areas or due to courier service disruptions.
International Shipping
- We offer international shipping to selected countries.
- Delivery timelines for international orders may vary between 7-15 working days depending on destination and customs clearance.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by their country.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order value, weight, and delivery location.
- International shipping charges are paid entirely by the customer.
- If courier companies revise shipping costs after dispatch, additional charges may be applicable.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
- Customers can track their shipment through the courier partner’s tracking system.
Delayed Deliveries

Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries

- If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the parcel, additional re-shipping charges may apply.
Damaged Parcel
If you receive a damaged or tampered parcel:
- Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Share your order number along with parcel images and unboxing video proof at
team@satshicloset.com.
Customized Orders
Customized or made-to-measure products may require additional processing and delivery time depending on the design and alterations requested.
