International Shipping

  • Delivery timelines for international orders may vary between 7-15 working days depending on destination and customs clearance.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by their country.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order value, weight, and delivery location.
  • International shipping charges are paid entirely by the customer.
  • If courier companies revise shipping costs after dispatch, additional charges may be applicable.

Delayed Deliveries

Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries

Damaged Parcel

If you receive a damaged or tampered parcel:

  • Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Share your order number along with parcel images and unboxing video proof at team@satshicloset.com.
